Issue

I built up a new PC from scratch (i5 2400,Asus P8P67 motherboard and DDR3 corsair XMS 3 1600mhz Cas9 kit) Everything installed properly, drivers,..etc. Upon restarting my PC and the red light near the RAM turns on, the PC reboot several times without success. I've check the BIOS and I noticed that the frequency of the RAM is 1333MHz (but as mentioned above the DDR3 strips should normally run at 1600mhz). Any solution?
