How To Stop Payment of State Bank of India Checks Online

To stop payment of State Bank of India checks online, go to SBI's online banking page, enter your username and password, and click Login:

Next, click the Request & Enquiries tab:

Then, click Stop Cheque Payment:

Next, enter the check number and select the appropriate reason in the Stop Reasonsection. Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box, then click the Submit button.

If you want to stop multiple checks, write the first check's number in the Start Cheque Number and the last check's number in the End Cheque Number. If there is just a single check, write the same number in both boxes:

The following page will show all of the details that you have entered. Click Confirm to finalize the process:
